  I had a 28' x 32' detached garage with attic and concrete floor built in July 2021 and the garage was finished in April 2022 with insulation and metal interior walls. My experience with FBB has been spectacular, among all construction and contractor groups we have encountered since moving to PA and building a new house (and detached garage). FBB provides proactive communication in advance, workers are polite and courteous and on time, and the job remains on schedule. Even when multiple contractors were on the lot in July 2021, FBB coordinated adequately to remain on schedule and have the construction complete on time. My small customizations made to access the attic space were designed around when they insulated and finished the garage, which is much much appreciated. I do and will continue to recommend FBB to anyone interested in an out building of any type. Wish FBB will travel with me when we move again!

  Roof renovation done well. Good coordination with code inspector. There was about 4 months' lag time between the quote and when they did the job, so you need to plan ahead if you want them to do a project for you.

  I would like to say that Mr. Brubaker and his crew did about as perfect of a job as could be done. Screws are straight !! The work was complete for his part of the project . Did construction a good part of my life. And I am impressed with him and his crew and their work ethic, and workmanship. You will have to wait a while for him. But if you can it is worth the wait for this kind of quality work and completeness. No farming it out with these guys.
