My father Pat Marra had gutter work done by First State Exteriors 9 years ago with a 20 year warranty, When he called to report a problem with the work he was told they are not the same company, however they have the same telephone number. They changed their name from First State Exteriors to First State Contractors and are not honoring previous work from First State Exterior . How do they advertise as a Three Generation company, serving Delaware since 1957 but claim they are not the same company when it comes to honoring work that was done 9 years ago by First State Exterior ? Stay clear of this company.

STEER CLEAR of these rip off artists; shoddy work, overpriced, and no customer service. Sad to see a family business fall so far when money is put above everything else.
