  Great experience from the beginning to the end. No hassle or pressure to sign contracts. Justin came out for some quotes and he was willing to do so around my schedule.Very friendly and answered all my questions. The job was completed as discussed, start time and how long. Crew was friendly. Looking forward to working with first response again in the near future.

  First response roofing and construction was excellent to work with. They offered me the best price with very little negotiation, did the job in a timely manner and were responsive throughout the entire process. There were some small issues with a broken window after the roof installation that the company also took care of promptly. I am very happy with my new roof and would confidently recommend this company to anyone. Definitely don’t hesitate to get a quote.

  My ceiling was leaking. Unlike some others, First Response Roofing soon called back and Justin showed up and got up on my roof to inspect it. He explained everything that needed to be done and said a huge tarp would protect me from leaks until materials came in. They started in early January with snow and ice on the ground! Crew leader Chris was very knowledgeable and kept things going smoothly. Three very cold windy days up there and it was done. I saw my roof was much worse than I thought so I'm glad I didn't wait for Spring. Steve stopped by after it was done and explained the further cleanup they will do once the snow and ice are gone. My roof looks great and I am glad I called them.
