Matt and his team are wonderful in finding the root of the problem and getting it fixed. They've helped countless times on projects at my own home and properties we manage, from moving to tree removal to renovations of properties. We couldn't do what we do without team members like Matt and his team. Thank you, Matt!

I was followed by someone driving one of their vehicles. I was tailgated for miles and I do not drive like an old lady. There is no reason for this type of behavior. This type of behavior was very much like road rage. The driver needs to learn how to drive. Have some patience and respect for other drivers. When I turned onto a side street my vehicle was almost hit they drove so close. If they act like this when they drive I would not want them to do anything for me let alone try to move my things from my home or do something on my property. I would not recommend this business.

Riley, we are very sorry to hear this. If you can call the office we would like to get a little more information from you regarding this event. We pride ourselves on safety and this type of behavior is not how we conduct day to day operations. Thank you

Moved 20 minutes down the road. Liked the idea of a firefighter owned and operated business so chose this company over the competition. My belongings mostly consisted of boxes then several media units, an entertainment center, couch, recliner, and a couple curio cabinets. Movers were right on time and kept me updated on their progress, which was appreciated. However they dropped my tv and broke the feet off so it wouldn’t stand up. Bit disappointing to move into a new place and not have a tv to use over a 4 day holiday weekend. The boss of the company did order and drop off a replacement stand that I have to find time to install. Would have preferred he get the make and model of my tv and just order the proper replacement part directly from the company so my tv was the way they found it. The movers left behind some things at my old place which they said they either couldn’t fit in the truck or were afraid to move because they might break. So had to ask the homeowner to store the items for me and I have to rent another truck to go pick those things up. Anyway, two of my media shelves were all smashed up. And one of my curio cabinets was missing the glass doors, which the company found four days later and returned. When I received the invoice ($915 for 8 hours of moving) I asked the employee if they’d consider some discount for badly damaging two of my five shelving units which are quite expensive. The employee talked to the boss Matt and he said that’s just part of the moving business. And that their company was supposed to provide me a waiver to sign which precluded them from any liability. However they never mentioned this waiver and I never saw it nor signed it. The employee said this type of furniture is commonly damaged during moves. These exact pieces had been moved twice previously, from 5 hours away out of state, then again a couple years ago in state. Never had so much as a scratch with those movers, let alone this much damage. Majority of my things had muddy fingerprints all over them. Overall a pretty underwhelming experience. Would not recommend.

John we are sorry to hear that we weren't able to meet your expectations the day of your move. We understand that moving can be overwhelming and stressful for folks and hiring movers can sometime ease that stress. We always strive to do our very best for each and every customer however each move poses its own set of challenges. Such as the case with your move. That day we had a snow storm and it was snowing and sleeting all day, (hence the muddy hand prints on some of your items) again we apologize for that, it was not ideal conditions for a move yet our guys pushed forward all day to get the job done. We did come supplied with a 20' moving truck based on our conversation when scheduling as we believed that would suffice however it would appear you underestimated the amount of belongings to be moved since they weren't able to get everything with one trip. We would have been happy to make a second trip as we have to do from time to time but it was difficult to determine how you'd want to handle that since you were not on site and working during the move. Finally, we do apologize again about the items that were damaged during transit and hope the replacement part for your TV works out. If not please let us know and we'd be happy to get you what you need. In a perfect world that wouldn't have happened but unfortunately we are all human and these things can happen. Nonetheless we take accountability for this. We hope you are enjoying your new home and will except our gift as a token of apology which we've mailed to your new address. ~ FRL Team
