Two other companies “fixed” the roof of my mobile. It still leaked. I was about to give up. Then First Rate came out, and “FIXED” my roof. Over 3yrs not a single leak. Quick, thorough, and professional. He saved my trailer, many thanks.

We were experiencing two leaks in a metal shop roof.  Ethan answered the phone the evening I called and responded to our property the next day. He quickly identified and fixed the problems. His prices were significantly lower than the "minimum pricing" of a competitor (who would not be able to respond for a week).

I saw Ethan working on my neighbors roof down the street and thought I should ask if he could help fix my leaky roof. I’m so glad I did! To no surprise was he professional and honest with the inspection he did. I was excited to find that I didn’t need a new roof like other contractors said I did. For the first time I felt like someone cared about my home as much as I did. He was so fair and the quality of work he produced was second to none! He went above and beyond to help me and I’ll be glad to have him back in the future.

Ethan personally showed up at my new house and did not hesitate. I was impressed with his lack of fear and his attitude. I was also impressed with his ability to get the job done even though the conditions were not ideal. He charged me less than the going rate and was grateful at that. I am a contractor and know what to look for to see if someone is trying to get more but do less. Ethan has integrity and I guarantee a safe pick if you need a roofer.
