  Disappointed. I took my car there because I felt a wheel bearing shaking. I specifically told them to check all of the wheel bearings and figure out if that's causing my car to shake. They told me it was fine. Later, I took it to Joe's Service Station and they told me that the front wheel bearing was dangerously loose. Like the wheel almost fell off! I will NOT be back!!!

  When you schedule your appointment, things go smoothly. They are so busy that walks in are truly a wait. And if you can go in and show them your problem prior, they will be able to work things out with your Insurance quicker and get a better results sooner.

  Scheduled an appointment online, received confirmation email. At my arrival the appt couldn't be found on their computer but I magically got a need to reschedule appt email at that moment. This was my only day off before I have to travel hundreds of miles and I have other things scheduled for the rest of the day.... but they could fit me in this weekend.... I work.
