  We could not be more impressed with this company. We have recently moved, and experienced a series of unsatisfactory experiences with contracted work until our business with Final Touch Roofing! Ty, was the company's representative that handled our roofing problem. He was extremely professional and went out of his way , literally, by driving to Little Rock the day of our job to insure the shingle-match for our roofing repair. The company support staff and administrative gals, were super helpful and polite. All members of this team show a real concern for the customer's needs and follow up on every promise and task. Because of this great experience, they were the first people we called when we had a rental property with storm damage to the roof. Again, Ty showed up and took care of us quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable! We are so grateful for your quality work and outstanding customer service that we we want to shout it from the rooftops! LOL Thank you Final Touch!   I highly recommend this company. Customer service is exceptional. Quality of workers, office staff, and follow-up is excellent. Final close out of project from final inspection and associated paperwork is very timely.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. They always arrived on time, were very professional, and frankly, were the hardest working group of gentlemen I have ever seen. Should I require any further repairs on my home, I will definitely call these people, because the quality and professionalism of their work is top notch. I highly recommend Final Touch Roofing.
