  A man of his word! After interviewing several roofing companies, I selected Fidelity Roofing. And here’s why. While Jonathan Prescott, owner of the company, and I were talking about the project he said, “I will do my best to make it right.” And he did. Our project included removing old shingles and installing a new roof on our home and two other structures on our property. One of those is an octagon shape which required precise measuring and cutting for the new roof. It was a two-day project and the hard-working crew worked long hours into the dark. They installed protective covers for vulnerable landscaping and cleaned up after the project was complete. They were respectful and jovial with me which was fun and made the chaos of the project more palatable. Jonathan was at the project daily checking on the progress and addressing any concerns or questions. We did have a few broken items and they were addressed immediately without hesitation. But best of all and why he got our business was he came after the project was complete to clean sweep for roofing nails and to make sure he “made it right”! He even addressed my concerns with a different company who was installing gutters/downspouts, making sure I was a happy customer. The finished project is beautiful! I am so pleased with the workmanship quality, the value, and the service! I give a five-star rating in all three categories for this top-notch company! Thank you, Jonathan for going above and beyond, for making it right, and for having superior character and business ethics! You are a rare find in our current culture. I’m so very glad I selected Jonathan and Fidelity Roofing for my project!

  Jonathan and Maria, has done an exceptional job at communicating with everything. Jonathan took care of our insurance claims and made it easy on us. Very professional and got the job done right in a timely manner! The place to ask to get a roof. Jonathan is your guy!
