  Bob the salesman was great, he went to bat for us and got what the other contractor couldn't. The insurance paid for almost everything. Bob gets 5 stars and the actual work that was done to my roof gets 2 stars. Most of it looks good and all of it looks good from the road. But the aluminum at the edge of the roof like looks like someone that had no idea what they were doing did the work. The aluminum was not cut in places, it was torn. Feazel had to send someone back out because they had pulled some of the siding off of the house. I have never roofed a house but it looks like this was my first. I was told that when the new gutters and downspouts were installed they would put them in the same place unless I asked for them to be moved. Well I did ask for one downspout to be moved but they moved several others. That would be fine but now I have extra holes in my house and siding that is a different color where the gutters used to be. When the Feazel tech came out he agreed that some of it was done very poorly but they wouldn't repair the torn, gaps and holes in the aluminum drip edge. That they had a warranty and if it leaked, they would repair it. All in all, most of it is what it is but some of it I am going to have to pay to repair. But Bob will go the extra mile with your insurance. I'm sure that their work really has more to do with the crew that comes to your house. I would bet that they have other crews that do a great job.

  Thanks to Feazel employees, Amanda, Dallas, and Joe. Their attention to customer service is amazing. Feazel installed vinyl siding and continously gutters to our Kettering home and garage. They stayed in contact with us before work began letting us know our vinyl siding arrived and scheduled installation around our availability. When we called Feazel offices with questions, our calls were answered immediately. After hours calls were welcomed and returned within minutes. Feazel's estimates for premium vinyl siding and continuous gutter was well below other competitor's estimates. The installers were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. After installation, the installers left our property clean and neat. The quality of work is professional. We cannot say enough about the entire staff at Feazel. We highly recommend Feazel for your home renovations or new construction. Special thanks and salute to Dallas, a U.S. MARINE veteran.

  Smooth interface with the insurance adjuster, work completed ahead of schedule, small issues with one gutter - remedied the next day. The team of roofers were polite and skilled. Entire roof job done in one day. Damaged gutter guards replaced with superior product. Project manager made sure every detail was attended to. Shout out for Neil Laux.
