  Fabian was recommended to me by a close friend. I called him and asked him to come out and take a look at my roof. He did come out and took pictures of my roof and gutters. He sent pics to me and stated he could do the work. He called me repeatedly to tell me about jobs he was doing all around philly area and wanted to hurry and do my job. I insisted I be home when he was ready to do the work a d unfortunately I could not be there while work was being done. Fabian and his crew did the work improperly and two months after the work was done there was a heavy rain in my area and I saw water spots on my ceiling. I tried contacting him and got no answer. The number was not taking calls. I had this work done almost a year and a half ago. A heavy rain came through tonight because of storms down south and my roof is leaking as I write this. Fabian gave me a 10 year guarantee on this work. And has failed to deliver on that promise. Fabian is unprofessional and does horrible work. Also I think the people he has helping him are very shady as well.Be aware of this unprofessional contractor who is basically a thief.

  Disappointing is the best way to describe how our experience with Fabian Roofing TL/DR: Nice guys but didn't actually do the work and became rude when refund requested. Before I get in to the whole story, if they respond their shtick will be "well we said we could not fully guarantee this", however when a professional states "This is what I would do if this was my house.", normally you take their advice. Additonally, the rating is more for the fact that they were paid for work that was not actually done. Had a roof leak and called Fabian. They were very responsive and seemed like good guys. They were out the next day after the rain to look at the issue. Like most roofers, they said they could do the whole roof but we did not need to that so they recommended a fix with whay we thought was a fair price and they were hired. They were able to get the first fix to our roof done within a few days but waited until the next rain to confirm it had worked. Next rain came, we asked a question about standing water at the exterior base of our roofdeck door and Fabian quickly quelled as not an issue. The fix unfortunately did not work and we had to press them to come take a further look since they had dismissed our initial concerns. (Should have been a red flag) After further investigation, an additional fix was proposed and the statement of "This is what I would do if this was my house" was uttered. With that reassurance, they were hired to do the additional fix with 99% certainty it would work. The next rain came and it was a heavy one. During the rain storm, we found leaking in our house under an area Fabian had fixed. I immediately contacted them and it took 3 days for them to respond. Their response "Well it was a really heavy rain and it could have just been from the standing water at the base of your door". The water that was not a big deal before. Even more so was that this was a leak in a different area so had nothing to do with the door. They said said they would come out to look, however, never did. A couple of months later, work being done by another contractor unrelated to the work done by Fabian uncovered that one of the tasks that Fabian was supposed to complete had not been done and water was still getting in under our roofdeck door, which Fabian supposedly had sealed and was contradictory about if standing water there was an issue or not. After this discovery and the fact that Fabian had not come to check the issue and gone MIA after I made them aware that an issue still existed, it called in to question everything they had done. I reached out with this information requesting a refund of the money they were paid as I could prove they had not completed at least one of the items they were paid for and had to have another contractor redo all the work they did. Had they made it right (it was not that large of an amount), all would have been fine and water under the bridge. Instead, I got an angry and rude response which was incredibly unprofessional including them stating that I obviously had a roof problem before they got there so they can't be responsible. DUH, that's why I called a roofer to fix those problems. I offered to have them to come see what I was talking about which was refused, continuing to instead just be rude.

  These guys are the best. I have had several roofers come out and "fix" my problem, but each time, we still had leaks. We decided to get a new roof and went with this company. They were efficient, professional, and the price was fair. I am extremely happy with the job they did on my daycare. Highly recommend
