  We provided toilets for his crew at a construction site for almost 6 months. During this time, the owner was making money off of a project, yet never paid us for our service we provided for him. We have given him ample time to pay and he just keeps making up stories of why he can't pay. First, he was having surgery, then he was out of town and last we heard is because nobody pays him. He wanted a unit right away and we accommodated that need and serviced his portable toilet need for almost 6 months. Fred has poor business ethics in regards to services rendered.
