  Great experience from start to finish. Scott turned the typically stressful process of getting a new roof into quite a pleasant one, as he provided exceptional customer service in every way. He is very knowledgeable on roofing systems, provides honest feedback on what should/needs be done, and is truly looking out for the best interests of his customers, which is a unique quality in the world of contractors. The overwhelming reason I went with Exterior Renovations for my roof installation was because Scott earned my trust with his wealth of knowledge and genuine desire to do the best job possible, which was clearly reflected in the incredible work his crew ended up doing. The crew that worked on my home was extremely hard working and talented, completing my 62.5 square roof in one day. The roof looks great and the clean-up was thorough. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. If you are looking to have work done on your home, save yourself time and give Exterior Renovations a call. Scott and his team will take care of you and make you proud of the work they perform.

  I had a bad leaky roof and they showed up same day to analyze the roof damage and started the work within hours. Reasonable, knowledgeable, dependable and quick. Thank you. I highly RECOMMEND and will call them again when it’s time to replace my roof. Satisfied

  I am very pleased that I called Exterior Renovations, LLC, after hearing them on the Saturday WMUZ broadcast of The Home and Health show. Jordan was very pleasant and a big help in the total process of my re-roof and new gutters being installed. Scott came out and did a complete roof inspection and due to the fact there were no leaks was able to set up a date for the re-roof to be done. His crew came out and completed the job in just one day, and the job that they did was top-notch. The gutter install did take a little longer than expected, but that was mainly caused by the inclement weather, which kept the roofing and gutter crews busier than usual. Jordan and Scott truly went out of their way to accommodate me through the whole process, which when completed, added value and a positive new appearance to my home.
