  We had our house and garage reroofed and the job was done quickly, the crew were very concerned with keeping the old materials picked up and did a great job. Michael the owner inspected the finished job and explained the warranty and addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommend Exterior Qualities Home Improvement !

  I have had the opportunity on multiple occasions to work with Exterior Qualities as a patron as well as an employee. My experience as a patron has been extremely satisfactory. As an employee I was able to have an insider look as to how they are able to maintain such a high standard of quality for their clients. From the moment you see the Exterior Quality logo to the satisfactory completion of your project, the company has paid attention to every detail. Training constantly emphasizing the importance of quality and comfortability each client should expect with the Exterior Qualities brand. The company uses state of the art project management software that keeps projects organized and updated in real time. You can be sure there will be no detail over looked. As a patron my family and myself have been supremely confident in the quality provided. The execution of the projects were handled with care and the respect for our property was absolutely apparent.   We have used Exterior Qualities Home Improvement for 7 years for all of our home projects. Projects included renovations on our primary home's master bathroom and kitchen, roofs at our primary home and our investment home, all new windows in our investment home, our primary home's deck and property privacy fence. They are very professional throughout the whole experience starting with the owner, the sales people, and the installers. They always make everything right !! We will continue to use Mike and his team for all or our future home improvement needs. Great company!
