  Brian was very helpful in explaining his proposal and explaining the options. They were reliable, on time and the finished product is beautiful. If I had another roof to replace, I would absolutely have them do it!

  After living in my home for nearly 20 yrs, it was time to consider replacing the roof. The existing original shingles were showing signs of wear. After contacting several roofers for estimates, I was most impressed with Brian Fick, owner of Exterior Design Plus LLC. When Brian came out and went up on the roof, as did others, and then came back down with his assessment, he discovered several shingles missing and signs of wind/hail damage that none of the other contractors noticed or mentioned. Because of this finding, Brian suggested I contact my insurance company for a roof inspection. So that the adjustor would not miss the damage, Brian went back up on the roof and marked the areas for the adjuster to pay close attention to. As it turned out, Brian was right. The insurance adjustor did confirm damage to the roof, gutters and downspouts. The adjustor approved a new roof, plus the gutters and downspouts. Because of Brian's efforts, I chose his company to do the work. Brian was very thorough in describing the process involved in doing all the work; the tear off and replacement of shingles, felt paper, ice/water barrier, vents, ridge cap and possible replacement of wood (to mention a few items), and the permit. A brochure and samples were available to look through for the shingles and colors to match my home. Brian knows his "stuff"! As I was very impressed with Brian and his team, they continued to get my attention with how very professional they were. They were very cautious unloading the materials and took care of my property during clean up. Any and all questions I had were answered. Amazingly, the job was completed in one day, which was on the hottest day in July 2021. Brian did have a second team, just as professional, come back the next day to do gutters and downspouts. I am very happy with my beautiful roof and gutters, as it exceeded my expectations! Thank you to Brian and his team for all your dedication!

  Brian and his crew do a great job. They respond to both text and calls. Brian came out and gave me a quote and explained everything. A couple days later I had my estimate and within a few days after that job was scheduled and then installed. During the gutter job he also pointed out some roof damage that I didn't know that I had and they repaired that as well. I recommend them to anyone. I really liked how they explained everything and I also feel like they didn't try to sell me anything that was unnecessary and I appreciated that. If you need gutters, gutter guards, roofing, and windows. Give them a call
