  I called last week and spoke with someone about coming to my property to check out a gutter that was damaged during a storm and a few shingles. I was told that they would come by Wednesday or Thursday. Neither day did they come by or call to tell me they weren’t coming. I called Friday and got no answer. Called back today and they’re screening phone calls and have blocked my number. Absolutely unprofessional and I have no idea why I would be blocked. If this is how you treat your customers, I hope you go out of business.

  In response. I would like to say I am very sorry that you feel this way about my business. I have always treated my customers the way that I would like to be treated. I have been in business for 46 years & I pride myself in pleasing my customers. My office is open from 8:00a - 5:00p Monday thru Friday. I do not have any type of call block on my phone. I do have an answering machine should you have wanted to leave a message with phone number. I wish you the best in life.

  I called Expert Roofing & Guttering Company about the many leaks we had in our building. They called back within a reasonable amount of time, and they were quick to come and fix the roof. A wonderful company with wonderful employees. Highly recommended!

  I had a metal roof installed by this company in 2011, and have had issues with leaks ever since. It's now 2017 and they still haven't gotten it right. Their customer service is poor, as well. For the price they charged, I expected a roof that didn't leak. Look elsewhere for your roofing needs.

  In response: My company installed a metal roof on this home in 2011. The leak issues are not in the metal roof, but around the rock chimney. I have responded each time when called about a chimney leak and attempted to repair the chimney leak and the repair would last a year or so, then leak would re-occur again on the same chimney. I gave the home owner a two (2) year labor warranty when metal roof was installed and the manufacture material warranty is for forty (40) years and I have responded the last six (6)years for repairs at "NO CHARGE" to the home owner on the chimney leak and everything was fine until this last time, After six (6) years I sent the home-owner an invoice for $100.00 to cover my material and expense and when the home owner received this invoice, she called to complain about the invoice and the home owner feels she felt she should have a roof for fifty (50) years with no leaks. The roof is still intact as installed in 2011. The rock on the chimney will not adhere to the sealant to seal the flashing on chimney. I have been in the roofing business for forty-two (42) years and I do not know what this home owner expects from me - the public will have to be a judge on my character and service.
