  Context: first time homeowner here, knew the roof would need replacing when house was purchased. Executive Roof Services (ERS) came recommended from our neighbor who is a real estate agent. * Their quoted price was right in the middle of the 3 quotes we got. * What sold me was the itemized quote and a detailed proposal emailed to me after the walkthrough. The owner Mike then called me to walk me through the proposal page by page (complete with pictures of our roof highlighting areas of concern/discussion) and explain what his team would be doing, what options we had, and answer any questions I had. Theirs was also the only proposal that noted (*ahead of time*) that our old powerline into the house would likely need replacing for their team to safely work around it. None of the other proposals caught that, and I wouldn't have wanted to deal with that mid-project. * Compared to the other quotes I got (one was a single page PDF with the total amount, no itemization) I knew exactly what I was getting and how much each option cost so I knew what I was getting for my money. * Owner Mike was responsive and patient as he explained how the process would work. * Owners son Scott was friendly and kept in daily communication with me via text during the project. * Team Leads Omar Lopez and Omar Hernandez were professional, courteous, communicative, and friendly. (Omar #1 saw me taking pictures on my phone from the ground and offered to jump up on the roof to get better angles for me, much appreciated. See photos). * ERS was flexible with us as we had electrical work that had to be done in the middle of the project (powerline coming into the house from the utility pole needed to be routed to a new masthead). They came back after a week to finish the job professionally. * Roof was left watertight each night, even when no rain in the forecast (see photos). * Final bill was exactly as quoted. * Workspace was cleaned up each night after work, with magnets picking up nails and other sharps. Overall final impression: ERS gave me an accurate thorough quote, maintained clear and consistent communication with me, was flexible with scheduling, sent a professional team, and made a stressful situation clear and transparent. I am happy to recommend them based on my experiences.

  We had several quotes done prior to this service from other companies. We were personally referred to this company and they felt the most honest and reliable when we met with them. Additionally, their quote was very reasonable compared to the others we got. They didn't try to upsell us and it was very clear what we were paying for. As a female that was home alone during most of the work, I felt 100% comfortable with the crew. They were polite and respectful and left our property very clean. The office staff was a pleasure to work with as well and very fast to respond to our questions. Our roof has a crazy pitch, is 3000 sq feet and needed to be completely re-roofed after our last winter storm. Several other companies declined to work on it but Executive Roofing handled it quickly and professionally. We were 100% satisfied and have been recommending this company to our friends and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again in the future.

  Dealing with Executive Roof Services was a painful experience that I don’t wish on anyone. They were rude and did substandard work. My roof experienced the same problem and I got a professional to fix it, and he could not believe the mess that Executive Roof Services made. Avoid.
