  The whole house needed new siding due to a fire. We are still picking up nails around the house which ended up with a flat tire on my lawn mower. 5 of our outside light fixtures we're left hanging. The back porch light was not even put back up. So we went and bought one and installed it. Then I saw the fixture lying under the grill in the back yard. They were always late to the job and always had an excuse why. The latest one was they had a death in the family. Maybe they did but what were the other excuses. When we called about the issue, the person we talked to was very rude. I don't recommend them. No u didn't do the job for me per say. But because of your excuses our closing date was put back 4 days. We were in the process of buying this house. So yes I have a right to tell my story about your poor response when I asked u to come finish your work u were paid for. Which all I heard nastily from u is I didn't do the job for me. I had to fix your lack of attention. The least u should have done is to finish the work u started. If this company does any work for u make sure everything is done to your satisfaction or u might b in my shoes.

  We had an inspection done on our home and the inspector recommended repairing/caulking of the nail pops that were found during inspection. We called Jeff with excel exteriors and he came out within 2 hours, assessed the problem, and was back the next day to do the roof repair! Very friendly, courteous, professional and responsive. I would recommend excel exteriors to anyone needing exterior work done on their home. Chris and Camille, Newbern, TN

  Recently purchased a home with a broken window. Window as on order and would need to be installed when it arrived. Initially I was provided the name of an individual that would come and install the window when it arrived. After several left and unanswered messages, I decided to try and find another installer. Called Excel Exteriors and left a message, within 20 minutes I received a return call from Jeff and extremely happy to be told that he could be at my house in approximately 30 minutes. Upon his arrival it was determined it would be a very easy install and he would do for no cost. Unfortunately, the window was not the correct measurements, so the once simple install was not going to happen. Thankfully for me, Jeff agreed to take the incorrect window and ordered us the correct window. He will be back once delivered to install. Jeff was very professional, and should I need other exterior work done the first place I will reach out to is Excel Exteriors. Should you need exterior work done, save yourself some time and call Jeff.
