  First let me say this, I gave HRock two stars because Tony Moreno is a pleasant person to talk to. That's where the good stops. We had HRock do a wide variety of construction projects around our home including a barn build. The long and short of it is this; no foundation on either of the structures, no permits pulled, shortcuts on all aspects of work and a absolute refusal to make it right. I asked my attorney what we should do and was told "He's under investigation, you'll probably have to get in line to recoup and money." so, we opted not to pursue. Although, I'm still considering it because it's now cost me in excess of $100,000 to make the repairs necessary to fix everything. Had Tony been on the job supervising his workers, perhaps things might have been different, but I doubt it. I say that because as soon as I started asking for them to make it right, I stopped hearing from Tony. No apologies, no remorse. Bottom line, get everything in writing, make sure their insurance is up to date, and pay close attention to their work.

  WOW! Very happy we chose Tony and his team for our job! Very professional. Great communication. Timely, quality work. Family oriented. Worked with our budget. Took deliberate social distancing measures for my family’s protection. And now we have a beautiful concrete patio for our summer backyard BBQs! Thank you Tony, Steven, and the rest of the team for the wonderful job!

  Tony and his team were a true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend giving them the chance to earn your business. They built an incredibly hard to build retaining wall for us up on a mountain ridge. We are very impressed with the final product and appreciate Tony's professionalism and communication prior to and during the construction. Throughout the whole "stressful" process he helped put our minds at ease so we know we made the right decision and look forward to working with Hrock Construction again in the future.
