  If I could post this with only one star I would. In the beginning, they were great at communicating. I just needed a small patch of shingles replaced on my roof from Hurricane Florence. The guys came out and met with me one morning and said it'd been raining and they'd have to wait for things to dry out before doing the repairs. They took a fallen shingle for color comparison and said they'd be in touch and left. I told them that day I had the money set aside for them already for the repair and to just let me know when they'd be back. That was over 2 weeks ago now. I've attempted to call and text to figure out when they would be coming back just to have my calls and texts unanswered. Extremely unprofessional. I now have to find someone else to do the repair as I STILL have a tarp on my roof from September's hurricane and we're almost in December. Thanks guys. I really appreciate the lack of follow up! *thumbs up*
