I would probably avoid evergreen roofing. They replaced my roof in Evergreen. There were a few problems that occurred during and just after the installation that were rectified... And that was fine. However, approximately one year after, when exposed to higher winds, shingles started falling off the roof. To date, 5 shingles have fallen off. After inspecting these shingles, it was evident that they were nailed above the integrated nailing strip (i.e., sloppy work). I assumed that Evergreen roofing would come out and take a look to see if it was their fault and determine if I will continue to find more shingles in my yard. That was not the case. After several calls and emails, I received no response at all. Their answering service assured me someone would call within a day. It seems they use their answering service to screen calls so there is physically no way to speak to a company rep. Bottom line for me...I would not use any business that does not answer or return the calls of their customers. If someone from Evergreen roofing thinks this is just a big misunderstanding or I have my facts wrong, give me a call.

The renovation of our home meant opening up windows and closing up doors. As a result the outside of my home was in need of new siding. I thought I could do the job myself but I soon realized that I needed help. I reached out to Evergreen Roofing Co and worked with Derek. He was extremely professional, provided me with a fair quote, he was able to get the job done quickly, and in the end I couldn't be happier. These guys know what they're doing. I called three times over the course of over a week, and was assurred of a return call "later that day" or "tomorrow at the latest" - and never heard back. If a company is too busy to take a job, or to even offer a bid, it should call the client and explain that, not just do nothing. Terrible customer relations. I will spread the word about them.
