Customer service is poor. They cater to the builders and tradesmen. As a consumer working on a home project they have very little time to help me. Very difficult to find anything in the warehouse and the directions given by the counter personnel is poor. They change their hours on certain occasions, but do not change their website and have no phone message to let you know. Don’t answer the phone all the time either. The only place on the island to get lumber and they take advantage of their customers.

They're more than a lumber yard. I built my house and they helped every step of the way. Great service, honest and real experts. I can't thank them enough.

Love this lumber yard. Great staff always smiling and willing to help. Only lumber yard on the island and they have the best roofing shingle (my opinion) GAF.
