  Matt McCarthy came out and took a look at my roof and showed me several products that would make my roof look better. No pressure presentation and years in business sold me on Ernie Smith and Sons. When the work was done, the installers did a great job and were very tidy upon completion. Marcus Perez was knowledgable and personable. Based on my experience, I do not hesitate to rate Ernie Smith and Sons 5 stars.

  It started with a roofer who left me with only underlay and no shingles the week before Thanksgiving. One call and John Smith showed up with honest, straightforward answers and he expedited the service. I was surprised and amazed that the night before Thanksgiving and after his workday, Carl Smith came to climb on the roof and check to make sure we would be ok. He climbed on the roof, caulked areas, and nailed over the underlay. He did this before I signed a contract or paid a cent- he just wanted to make sure we were ok. The crew here was incredible- worked hard through the day and finished up with cleaning the yard and all materials. Marcus the project manager was always available and answered all questions. The crew left no trash behind and completed everything to fine detail. This is rare service indeed. I can't recommend them more.
