The whole team…sales, admin, install, supervision…worked well with each other and with us to install a beautiful, well-crafted roof for our "forever home". Communications and cleanup were great, and the "Atlantic Blue" color matched our expectations and desires. **Above and Beyond** Erie installed flashing in areas no previous roofer addressed (non-guttered eaves), and worked well to avoid any damages to our existing gutter system. I love that they painted our vent pipes and the remaining power vent to match the roof. (Bye-bye, brown roof!). **Bottom line** I strongly recommend you consider Erie for your next roof. They're not as inexpensive as the big-box stores roofing service…but it's clear that you get what you pay for. The quality of the material used and level of expertise of the roofing team is well above what we've experienced previously. Plus, the warranty--which I hope never to use!--is much better than the big-box stores.

Erie installed a new roof on our home.scheduled within a few weeks of agreement. Professional contractor and crew did a great job. Excellent clean up at the end of the day. I would refer them to neighbors, friends etc.

ERIE is well worth the investment. I didn’t hesitate even with the sticker price. About $2500 a square installed. With that came: 50 year warranty, lower utility bills, fixed drafty upstairs, 100 year projected lifespan, and a stunning roof. Asphalt shingles do work, but might last 30 years, which is fine if it isn’t forever home. Slate has pros like fireproofing and longevity, but is fragile and heavy. Copper too has longevity but costs more than ERIE. The rep was honest about pricing, how the roof is installed, and answered any question imaginable. The install crew took two days, and were relentless. Neighbors have stopped their cars to ask about ERIE. As the corner house, it is easy to see the boldness from the roof a half mile away. I would fully recommend ERIE. Even if it isn’t a forever home, the property value alone will jump up.
