  After the 2020 hail storms our insurance company determined we needed a new roof and six new skylights. I called several roofing companies and interviewed staff over the phone. Cory at ERC Construction impressed me the most. As the owner of the company Cory was direct and informative. He did not disparage his competitors, was easy to talk to, and competently walked us through the insurance process. Cory coordinated gutter installation with Leaf Guard making sure we did not lose the original warranty and he was onsite and on the roof during much of the work. “I just want you to be 100% satisfied,” was Cory’s response to any question we had. We definitely were satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Cory and ERC Construction.

  Working with Cory and ERC was a great experience from start to finish! Cory was always very prompt and responsive, helpful in answering questions and working with our insurance company, and he made great recommendations on the approach we could take for the replacement of our aging and hail-damaged roof and gutters. The team finished the project very quickly, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. The roof and gutters he installed for us look fantastic!

  I hired ERC Construction after talking to Cory and learning about his customer approach. Cory is an owner/operator. He handles everything relative to your loss. In my case it was my roof and gutters which had to be replaced due to damage caused by a severe hail storm. He worked directly with my insurance company and arranged for the roof and gutter replacement. He was on the job site to to inspect progress and kept me up to date via his customer web site which provided photos of the work in progress. Finally he had our city inspector review and approve his job. Overall the experience of getting a new roof was painless. I highly recommend Cory and ERC Construction for your next roofing job., whether it is new construction, replacement, or loss due to weather. Extremely satisfied customer.
