  The team at Envision Roofing was professional and very helpful. Upon their initial review they walked me through the process on what needed to be done to replace my roof. During their first inspection they noticed a small gap and offered to place a weather patch on it to prevent further damage from the time of their inspection to the insurance company’s to replacement. The team was always on time. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after my roof replacement, even my neighbors complimented on how professional and tidy they were. Envision Roofing was recommended to me and I’m happy to recommend them as well!

  I am a 30+ year insurance professional and have worked with many roof contractors in the course of my job but this was my first time being the customer. I can tell you if you aren’t using Envision Roofing you are missing out on a great customer experience and sensational finished product!! From Chad my salesperson to the variety of material choices to installation and the care given to protect my property during the installation, every hand off was well thought out and seamless! It’s rare to have a contractor be THIS customer centric! Most of my neighbors chose a different roofer and I intentionally sought out Envision to compare, and I would encourage ANYONE, even if you believe you’ve made the best decision in roofers, don’t finalize your decision without talking to Chad @ Envision!

  Chad Smith of Envision Roofing provided EXCELLENT service in the replacement of my roof, gutters, and screens that were damaged by hail. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the entire process and managing it all from start to finish. He also worked to improve the drainage and placement of the downspouts. He even went above and beyond all that by power washing my driveway and walkway when the entire project was finished! Hopefully I won't have to replace the roof again any time soon, but I will definitely call Chad if needed and highly recommend him to everyone.
