  My insurance company gave me a notice of non renewal due to the state of my garage roof. They gave me only 1.5 months to address the issue. I was pleasantly surprised that Enterprise was able to get the job done with such little notice. Enterprise was a pleasure to deal with. They were always professional, and very friendly and informative any time I interacted with their team. The only (small) issue I had was that they weren't as communicative as I like. However all my questions were always answered and the work was completed well before my deadline. The job itself was completed quickly and no mess was left anywhere. The quality of work is high, and the invoice was for exactly what was quoted. I want to get the roof on my house redone in a few years and won't be shopping around. I will definitely be using Enterprise. Even if I can find someone else who would do the job cheaper, I appreciate the level of service I received from Enterprise.

  Edit: Perhaps due in part to this review being posted, Enterprise installed the ridge vent yesterday (5/10/2021) and the damaged fascia was replaced this morning (5/11/2021). I do appreciate how quickly the issues were addressed. I hired Enterprise to do a complete tear off of my roof along with a new ridge vent. The ridge vent was not installed. I alerted my representative of this the evening of the install (5/5/2021) and was told it would be installed the next day. The next day the representative called and told me the needed materials were not in stock. Indicating to me they must not have been ordered with the rest of my materials (the ridge vent is listed on my estimate). On Friday, 5/7/2021, the representative called to tell me the materials were in and the vent would be installed the next day. No one showed up… Also, the fascia board above my garage was damaged the day of the install. I am assuming, as I did not see it actually happen, it was from the lift used to put the shingles on the roof. It is dented and has two dark blue marks easily visible from the street. I expected better workmanship and service from Enterprise.

  We just had the roofing shingles on our house replaced for the third time. The first roof lasted about 15 years. Rather than a complete tear off for the second roof, the contractor we hired put the new shingles over the old ones. Seemed ok as many people do that. Turns out, this was a big mistake because the shingles that were used were not supposed to be installed over existing shingles, according to the shingle manufacturer. After 8 years, we had a leak and some other problems, and the contractor was no longer in business. Further, shingle manufacturer was not helpful as the contractor was not on their “approved” list. To make a long story short, the installations of the two earlier roofs were not done properly. After doing some research on roofing (eg, shingles, warranties, attic ventilation, installation dos and dont’s, etc) and getting 3 estimates, we decided to have Enterprise Roofing do the job. It’s a family business that’s been in Dayton for a long time. As the job unfolded, which included removing both layers of shingles, replacing rotten roof decking and installing step flashing among other things, I learned how poorly the previous work had been done. Turns out that installation is a real big deal in roofing! Enterprise knows how to do it. That’s likely the reason they’ve been in business for as long as they have. I have no hesitation in recommending them for roofing or gutters.
