  Jim knows his stuff. His installers were excellent and courteous. Windows and doors have saved us so much in utility costs. Everything was just as he said.

  MIXED Review, to say the least. Jim Evans was a great guy and went through all of the fine details regarding the installation of the doors but... He was late to the appointment. That should have been the first red flag. They were MORE than happy for me to sign the contract and take my down payment but...I had to initiate all communication. Weeks passed without a single update. The installation crew was LATE, BIG TIME. They didn't arrive until 10:27 a.m. Who starts their day at 10:27 a.m.? The crew leader had AWESOME installation skills but the crew as a whole was scattered / unorganized / cluttered / messy; couldn't keep track of their tools to save their life; placed their tools anywhere...allowed to fall onto the tile...against the wall...wherever...who cares...it's just someone else's house...caulking tubes picking up dirt and grass because that's where they were left and dirty fingers when spreading caulk. Perfectionists? NOPE Nice Product? HELL YEAH, love it. I have mixed feelings about the whole thing and would probably rate it at 5 stars had I not witnessed the installation. Needless to say, the 1940's standards, values, character, workmanship and pride that your grandparents used to tell you about...they are just about gone.   Jim is an awesome guy, his knowledge of the window and products he sells is outstanding. He is been providing us with windows and doors for our clients for many years and never had a issue.
