  Jim and Kennedy were EXTREMELY responsive. I called on Saturday and they were out on Monday AM for a roof leak. Kennedy was nice enough to do a full roof inspection and video for us when we asked. Unfortunately, we needed an entire new roof. We have used this company before for another issue and were happy, so we moved forward without getting another quote (I usually always get 2-3 quotes for services). The next day, our roof leak became much worse. We called Jim and he was able to move things up and get us taken care of in a very quick manner. He really cared and explained things in a way we would understand. The team was large and professional. Everything was done within a day. They took care of our property. Our new roof really looks great and compliments our home nicely. He also recommended installing new attic vents. We are hoping this will help with our air conditioning costs in the summer. Would HIGHLY recommend Energy Masters!!

  Jim and Kennedy and their crew did excellent work for us. Their company may not be the least expensive (due to past experience with Energy Masters, we didn't even get another estimate), but I felt we paid a fair price for very thorough, high quality work that will last for years.

When a project has some special challenges, as your skylights presented, it is especially rewarding when the entire project comes together to look as nice as yours does. We don't often get calls for a red roof, but we will always remember your project as an example of what can be, when we get our next request for one.

  Very detailed explanations and time spent with us even though we were a relatively small job. The owner came back afterwards to check the job and spent even more time with us explaining some techniques we might use for finishing that were beyond the scope of their job. Everyone involved was polite and personable. Very caring and professional staff. We were nervous about some aspects of the job as it’s an older home but Jim walked us through it and took a personal interest.
