  They inspected and had an estimate for my roof in less than two days! They were very professional and kept me informed on the whole process. My roof looks brand new. I recommend Encantada for any roofing job. Larry and his team were great.

  We used Encantada because they were recommended by our realtor. They were prompt in doing the inspection and getting us the bid, but once we put down our deposit, that's where the customer service ended. They initially told us that we were the first in their queue. Then it became that we were the first "shingle roof" in their queue, but that there were a number of other roofs ahead of us. In e-mail, they said they would begin work the following week. When the following week came and went with no contact from them, we called and they denied ever telling us that they would be out that week (until we sent them the e-mail). All of that (except the gaslighting) would have been tolerable if they had just kept us in the loop. Instead, we had no contact from them and, when we called, we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable and inconveniencing them. Once they did the roof, they discovered additional issues that increased the costs. Maybe that's to be expected, but I would have thought that in the inspection they should have seen an issue like more than one layer of shingles were already in place or the vents were old. They left their personal garbage in our backyard (like candy wrappers), and they absolutely did not clean up after their work. There were shingles everywhere, nails everywhere (we have had to patch one tire so far ), including our driveway and front porch, trash in our pool, an old satellite dish was literally left dangling from the roof by a cable, a piece of cut pipe in our backyard. We even found a large amount of unused nails for a nail gun in our bushes. They did not leave the house in even a safe condition for our kids and animals. It hasn't rained since they have replaced the roof, so we'll see. This was such an expensive purchase, I feel like there is a basic level of customer service that should be provided. I would not recommend Encantada to anyone.

  Annie- We are very bothered to hear this and we strive to give 100% satisfaction. We did reach out to you and your husband for a week after completion to make sure you were satisfied and to make sure you received our completed photos and final bill but you did not take our calls or return our messages. The reason for our call was to explain the unforeseen damages found that can not be seen during an inspection, unfortunately our inspectors do not have x-ray vision but this was also clearly typed out in the proposal you signed. Sadly we didn't hear back from you until you needed more time to pay your bill. We were very understanding and accommodating to that need and allowed you more time. As far as feeling pushed off let me explain a couple of things to you, you requested a roof inspection from us in the middle of the monsoon season something we haven't seen in more than a decade. We had no intention of making you feel unreasonable or inconveniencing but we had no start date for you. It poured rain from June thru August we could't plan any major tear offs for ANYONE. You were indeed the next shingle job in line but we were at a stand still for 2.5 months and could NOT open your roof with the rains nor put our company in jeopardy because you want your roof done ASAP. Had you called our office to let us know of the couple things left behind we would have absolutely sent someone out there until you were 100% satisfied, things can go unseen and missed and the workers are human. We do incredible work with tons of satisfied customers. I suggest in the future if you have an issue you, contact someone directly not jump on social media and google to try to blast a company that has been organically built, does very little marketing and is based on word of mouth due to the exceptional work we do!

  I'm a local REALTOR here in Tucson and use Encantada regularly for all my roof inspections. They are very thorough and always right on time. My most recent experience was that I needed to have a roof inspected on a strict deadline and the owner himself came out to do it to make my deadline. Thanks so much Encantada. I will continue to use them and encourage all my clients to use them for all the needed repairs!
