  Awesome Crew and staff. Empire Roofing did an awesome job repairing our roof. They are true to there word if they tell you it will be done in a day that's what they mean. they don't leave a mess behind they clean up after themselves on the day of work and come back the next day and make sure they get all they were not able to see the night before. The last thing anyone wants before going to work is a nail stuck on there tire because all residue was not pick up. They go through everything to ensure that does not happen. They make sure you get a great quality roof for the money you are paying. They will assist you through the whole process to include if you may be having issues with your mortgage company not wanting to pay on time after the job is done. No worries they will help you in that area they will talk to the mortgage company on your behalf to ensure a smooth process and no worries on you they will handle that in a professional manner. this is how awesome they are while everyone was with there families eating Turkey and all fixings on Thanksgiving they were on the job 6 in the AM to 7 in the PM professionally installing a brand new roof and you don't have to be at home to watch them do it. They treat your home as if it was there home. Thank you Empire Roofing Mr. Tom and awesome staff Mercedes and crew.You made it do what it do cause you did it well. Thank you

  Found out I had to replace my entire roof so I had it done by empire roofing. I worked with Tom which was great and he made what could be a stressful project run very smooth. I was very happy with the work that was done and so were the houses around me! excellent customer service, and really worked with me to make sure I got what I needed from insurance. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needed to go through empire roofing!

  I'm not one to leave review's but this is a business worth leaving one for. We initially started the process with MND construction for our roof due to damage from hurricane Florence in Fayetteville. The FIRST specialist from the MND construction that came to look at our roof and AND the actual sales office would not return my calls after I informed them what our insurance was going to cover. (Insurance was just going to cover patch work) so needless to say, that company wasn't willing to put any effort to fight this with our insurance carrier. Now.... Zach Scalera with ER roofing would not accept what our insurance company said they were going to cover. He put in the TIME and effort with our insurance company and even had a second adjuster come out to our home to justify the reasoning for a full roof replacement. Zach was very thorough, answered any questions we had and was quick to respond to any of our calls/texts. The quality and warranty you get with them is by far worth it and our roof looks great! I would recommend them and Zach Scalera in a heart beat! Thank you Empire Roofing.
