Austin has been great to work with! He's helped us navigate 2 different repairs after trees fell on our house. We were so pleased with him and with Empire when we worked with them in 2020 that we called them again when a tree fell on our roof in January.

I had a great experience with Empire roofing. From the moment I called they came right out inspected it and scheduled dates to get the work done on the roof due to a leak in the attic. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable which helped me tremendously. He was there to keep me updated every step of the way and got the work done quickly. Fair prices and great service.

I had a few quotes from different places.  I went with Empire because they provided reasonable price and because I had an exceptional experience with Jonathan.  He was timely, professional and very respectful.  He stopped by my house to provide me with an accurate quote and to answer all my questions.  Within a week, we had the installers come and install gutters for the rear side of my house.  I would highly recommend them.  They’ve also done a wonderful job as well.

Austin came out on time and listened to our concerns about what needed to be done. We were given a military discount as promised. The work was done quickly and accurately. Payment was made painless by an email sent to us. Thank you so much Austin for your professionalism and attention to detail. We look forward to working with you in the future.

I was so pleased to have found this business for my gutter repair.   I called because they had great reviews and was assigned to Austin.  He was great to work with. He came out next day and gave me a quote and was then able to fit me in when my business was closed because we’re a day spa and didn’t want the noisy work to interfere with clients relaxation.   Gutter repair looks great and Austin even came back out to check on the work and sent me pictures as it was being done as updates.  Price very reasonable.  I got other quotes to make sure they were competitive and I was very pleased with pricing.

Austin was sent to my house to inspect a leak we’ve had occur in the last week or so, he was extremely helpful in finding the leak! He then sat down with me and explained every step of the repair process , really made me feel safe about the repair process! He installed a temporary tarp the same day to stall the leak for FREE!! His crew come out 2 days later and fixed the leak all in such a timely manner! HIGHLY reccomend this company for any of your roofing needs! Ask for austin!

I have used this company 3 times now and am always satisfied; they provide excellent workmanship and Austin is a pleasure to work with.  He is courteous and keeps you posted on work schedules and completion and best of all he’s great handling insurance issues so I didn’t have to!!
