Empire repaired our fence, roof, and interior after a huge tree fell on our house during the December 2021 wind storm.  Everyone was awesome!  They worked quickly and did a wonderful job.  Definitely recommend and plan to use again in the future.

The Estimators imput was outstanding! The Empire office staff organized my roofing and gutter installation, deck work , house painting. siding replacement. screen replacements, french door installation,  stone wall  and much more. All contractors arranged were great!!!!! Excellent company !!!! Thank you All!! We did not have to worry about anything!!!

I chose Empire to replace my hail damaged roof because I was pleased with the new roof they had done for me in 2014. Same family ownership, same BBB top rating, same easy to deal with throughout the process. I would use them again!

My insurance gave me money for a partial roof after a hail storm. I seen a empire roofing truck that day and called them to see what they could do with what the insurance offered me. The lady that answered the phone was so polite and helpful just from her answering I knew I made the right choice. Steve called me and he said let me handle everything for you and he pretty much did. He met up with my insurance inspector and some days later Steve called me letting me know I would be getting a whole new roof. He knew because of my situation I needed it done within 4 days. I thought there is know way but he soothed my worry and even offered more assistant to my situation! The roof looks great, the guys that came out where awesome, friendly and I honestly good not be more happy with the product and the customer service. Five years ago I had another property and went through another company  old (earth) roofing (not sure if I can say their name) You can read my review on their page. This was definitely red carpet treatment and will use them anytime I have roofing needs, guaranteed!!

After our basement flooded in our new home, we reached out to Empire Roofing and Restoration. From start to finish, water mitigation, drywall repair, and new paint, we could not be happier with the experience we have had with them. Keigan was a tremendous help, walking us through the entire process, and the owner, Joe, who even came by my home to help another one of his excellent workers, Chris. They go above and beyond! As a local Insurance Agent, I will be recommending Empire to all of my clients for their roofing and restoration needs!

The company stole property off my property and will not return it or compensate me for it. The stolen property was not an item that they were contracted to remove, in fact the item was an unbroken door and screen door that I requested to keep because those could be reusable. They left it there, and put in a to large door, which made them come back a third and fourth time at which time they walked across my yard away from the area in which was their work area and took said items of my property. I have text messages from staff apologizing for taking said items, I have video of them walking far from the project area to grab the said items, I have a text message from the contractor stating our conversation in which I told him I was keeping said items. Watch yours stuff if using them.

Please be advised what this customer has stated is entirely false, and we are working with our legal team and google to have her multiple, defaming statements removed. We felt compelled to share our side of the story as she makes some serious claims.
The customer had a heavily hail damaged door that we were contracted to remove and replace. Included in that contract was all debris removal, as is standard with all replacements. The customer did not want to wait for a door in the correct size to be ordered, and went to a retailer, purchased her own door, and insisted we install that door. The installation was far from our standards, we admit, as we had to install a door that was not made for the size frame it was going into. But again, this customer insisted that door she purchased be installed. After the customer agreed she wanted to wait for a new, correct size door to be ordered, we installed the door, per manufacturer guidelines. We refunded the customer for the price of the door she purchased. At the time of that installation, both doors were removed and disposed of from the property, (her original door, and the door she purchased from a retailed that she was reimbursed for), per our contract and per the instruction of an adult at the property appointed to supervise the installation.
At this point, the customer became harassing and threatening about the disposal of the doors. As her doors were disposed of, we offered her a replacement in the form of another, similarly hail damaged door as we replace them frequently. We never texted her stating we were keeping her items. We told her they were disposed of. She refused to accept any offers. Yes we texted apologizing, but we were apologizing for the situation, not for any supposed “theft.” She stated she had video footage of our employees deliberately “stealing” this door. We asked repeatedly for that footage, and the customer refused. We encouraged the customer to contact authorities if she believed personal property to have been stolen. She did so, and the sheriff also agreed no wrongdoing had occurred.
At this point, the customer started making complaints about the workmanship of her doors installation. We stand by our installations, and contacted the manufacturer rep to inspect. They agreed that our installation was perfect. The customer stated to the rep that it was fine that the door was installed to manufacturer standards, that she would just “find something else to get us for.” This customer made it obvious she did not want to pay her remaining balance. The customer changed her story multiple times in emails, stated we had no right to charge her because she didn’t sign her legal name on our contract, and came up with other ludicrous reasons to not pay us. The customer also received responses to all emails within hours. Again, thank you for overlooking these false, defaming reviews.

Although I am a long distance landlord and unable to see their work first hand, Empire Roofing and Restoration understood the need to work closely with me, send photographs, and clearly document the work they did.  My property manager confirmed that their reports to me were accurate.  It is refreshing to know that this is a company that I can trust and count on even when "blindfolded" by distance.  Several months later, there are no accounts of any issues.

I was doing my first little project in my house of installing a washing machine. I forgot to install the drain return hose and ended up flooding the main level of my house and into the basement. I called Empire Roofing and Restoration and within 20-30 minutes they were there to start drying my floors and setting up equipment. The gentlemen that came to my house were very nice and could tell I was stressed. They told me that these things happen and that it can all be fixed fast with just setting their equipment up. This put myself and my girlfriend's mind at ease. Due to their fast response my wood floors were saved and I didn't have to file a claim this time. I am very happy with the service that was provided and would recommend them for all household needs.

Empire Roofing and Restoration did an excellent job fixing the water damage from frozen pipes. They are very professional, they cleaned up everything and were fast and amazing to deal with. When I had a question, they were easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Empire Roofing and Restoration Services.
