  Don't waste your time if you are doing small projects or if you are doing large projects don't bother either, as they will be charging you enough to put multiple kids thru Harvard. A 2 story garage, $130k. Seriously? I could build a house for that price. "Sorry we aren't interested in doing some excavation only". What a joke. Business is business, and Portsmouth is a poor town. Won't bother with them and recommend you don't either.
