My insurance company reccomended ERX for the repairs and updates that I needed in my home. Kirk and his team did not disappoint! Everything was just as I requested and envisioned. The project did take a little longer than expected but after seeing the completed work, I can understand. His team was very professional, easy to work with, and had great attention to detail. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

So I like to share my experience with this company. My partner and I had a issue with our bathroom and had a local plumber Out to assess issues due Toilet not flushing and bathtub not draining.We then found out that we had Sewage backed up under the toilet Between the layers of flooring.Bathroom had to be ripped out as well as as well as are at our office bathroom that is parallel to that bathroom.While the plumbers were taking out the bathroom they busted a pipe causing the bathroom to flood into our basement through the ceiling.So not only do we have to remodel two bathrooms but we also had to remodel our basement. So we had to have We had to have a plumber remove cast-iron sewage pipes and replaced with PVC. And had to have that plumber out more than once to fix it right. By this time we were pretty stressed out and aggravated about the whole thing.I did know any contractor in the area and we were referred to this company.I was a little skeptical because the first project manager was not very helpful and not very pleasant. And he never did return as promised on the following Friday.We were contacted by another project manager on the following Monday named Kirk . We were made aware that the previous manger no longer worked for company.And that he would be the one to take it over the project. We had several different Obstacles in completing this task but Kirk was very involved keep in contact andAnd even had to contact the plumber who still had not fixed the sewage drain properly. The was not a part of the repair because insurance company would not cover the plumbing. Therefore we had to find our own plumber and the one that we had found did not live up to the expectation. Kirk assisted me during a conference call with plumber who try to say it was fixed .He saw that I was upset with company. Kirk confirmed that it was not fixed he had photos and he himself observed the make sure they could get it done so he could finish the reconstruction of our house now the plumbing was problem yet again.They sent someone out to complete that task and we were able to begin the construction of the bathrooms and our basement. Doing the restoration process Kirk was very hands-on his team was good about communicating bringing dropping off flooring and Letting us know when Lowes will be delivering items. They're repair crew came when they saidAnd they were very productively and worked efficiently to get the job done.They understood that we had been without two of our 3 bathroom for several months They also cleaned up behind themselves . They try not to disrupt our daily life and was very respectful of my third shift hours.My Partner wanted to rip out tub but Kirk told him The tub we had was better than the one we probably would replace it with. So Kirk told him he would put tile around and make it look great and he did.We we're impressed . It was a very stressful time but having this team made it less stressful. When I think about where we were and what it looks like now I am so thankful that we went with this company. If I have any other home repairs This is the first company I will contact.The experience was nightmare and tough road but the rewards of finding this company that I could trust to do the work and listen us was great thing. I am very please with the outcome.I would Recommend this company to anyone in future.

Greetings! I am writing to share my & my husband's satisfaction with ERX's service for a water damage project in our home. The extensive damage to my kitchen floor & half-bath was caused by a broken ice maker line. First, I extend my deepest gratitude & appreciation to the following ERX staff: Sterling Taylor (Estimator); Karl Gonzaby (Project Manager), and Roger Gonzalez (Installer). My project began on 10/17/21 & was completed on 11/20/21. These gentlemen entered our home with professionalism, courtesy, understanding, & skills! This "interruption" was a first for us and it was handled without a hitch. Seamlessly. I am proud to say that "service" is still alive & well; it's at EXR! I will highly recommend ERX to others who may have the need for your services. Again, I believe in "atta boys" and my project team is the BEST! Thank you so very much for all that you do.
