  After asking for an estimate to build a small beach house on my lot and giving my budget of $60,000, I was asked how many square feet I was thinking about. I gave a number and they told me that $60,000 wouldn't be enough to cover that amount of area. I then asked what I could get for my budget and was told "nothing". They do not seem willing to work with your budget should you not be a very wealthy person.
