  This company is a joke. Run from them. We hired them to fix a leaky valley in our roof. We requested a seamless valley, and that they install a slope. They agreed to the terms. Said it was easy. Then they installed a valley with seams. Didn't even crimp all the seams down. They did not put in a slope either. The roof leaked immediately afterwards. Actually leaked worse than before. In their contract they have a 5 year warranty against leaks. However, they have not come back to fix. They say they will send a crew on a certain date, and nobody ever shows up. Everything this company has ever said has been a lie. What should have been a simple fix has now turned into us having to sue their company. I've heard other horror stories about this company since I've used them. They are terrible. They don't even deserve 1 star.

  I have used Elite Roofing on two different occasions after horrendous storms. Now we have had another such storm and I have place a call to them and set my Appointment for them to come out and inspect for damages. They have always been professional and when they are done every thing is then hauled off. Always on time always courteous. Elite roofing took care of it all.

  I thought they'd be a good company because they were relatively local. Wrong!! In the end, they left a huge mess all over my property and did not comply with our agreement to replace my gutters with my roof. Now they are blocking my calls. Would NOT recommend.
