  We hired Jake and Elite Restoration Pro to redo the roof on our newly purchased home. What struck us most about Jake right away was his responsiveness- we had a lot of questions as first time homeowners/ first time roof redoers, and Jake answered them all very quickly and completely. He walked us through all our options, and never made us feel pressured into any decisions. He also had some great suggestions for upgrades to our roof, like swapping out our box vents for ridge vents. The quote he gave us was also very reasonable. The roofing crew arrived on time, and were quick, thorough, and professional. They also were careful to put tarps over our gardens to protect our plants, which was nice. The crew did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards as well- you'd never know they were even here, except for the new roof (which looks fantastic). I'll be recommending Jake and Elite Restoration Pro to friends and family in the future.

  Jake worked hard and diligently on getting the claim approved as the insurance company was being difficult. Jake was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Jake and Elite Restoration for any future project.

  Wow! Working with Jake was painless. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. The roofing crew was great as well. They did a great job on the roof, but I was equally impressed with how thorough they were in picking up the yard. I haven’t found any debris or nails since the job has been completed. That is very much appreciated with young children who play in the yard. Ultimately we got what we were looking for. A great looking roof.
