Elite Restoration did a great job replacing our roof. We really liked that they used premium quality Owens Corning. The crews kept the job clean and organized. We got approved with Midwestern Adjusters as well the whole process was super smooth.

After couple month browsing for a company to replace my roof I found Elite and I’m so glad I chose them, they did an amazing job with my house. the crew was very professional and organised. the ladies of the office always nice. We love it!

We decided to go with Midwestern Adjusters to get our roof and gutters replaced after receiving hail damage. We had several companies come by our home offering free quotes but the people with Midwestern Adjusters seemed incredible knowledgeable and kind so we moved forward with them. Every interaction we had with their team was positive. However, once our project went into the hands of Elite Restoration it was impossible to know what to expect. From the beginning communication was an issue. When our claim was approved we did not hear from Elite Restoration for about a week. Our insurance company was actually the one that notified us and then we had to reach out to get our work scheduled. On two other separate occasions work was scheduled on our home and no one showed up. We didn't even receive a call from the office team letting us know what happen or looking to re-schedule. We've had to be the ones to reach out, multiple times, in order to move forward with the work being done. I don't have any complaints about the quality of their work on our home. Our roof looks great, our gutters are still in the process of getting scheduled. However, it's difficult to trust that a company is doing a good job when they are unreliable in every other area regarding customer experience. It's also not been clear who I can speak to about this. The office team has at least always been very kind and I understand it's not completely their responsibility but this experience has been very disappointing to say the least.
