  I enlisted Elite Home Inspections to do an inspection on a house I made a purchase offer on. The inspector Shawn Moody was professional and arrived on time to start the inspection. He was kind and open to answer any questions I had throughout the inspection. The house inspection was thorough and I would not hesitate to call him again for an inspection if needed. I also liked that he provided an excellent and detailed report the same day. I was impressed! I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a home inspection.

  Shawn at Elite Home Inspections did my first ever home inspection! He was very thorough and detailed when explaining to my partner and I the findings. Shawn was very specific and knowledgable when it came to answering additional questions that we had. Shawn continued to respond to my messages after the inspection is get more detail.   I have nothing but great things to say about Shawn and Elite Home Inspections. I called last minute to get a home inspection done and Shawn was able to get into the home this past Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He provided me with a thorough and honest report. I am a first time home buyer and he talked/walked me through everything and advised me on what to do. For example, I needed to get a plumber in the house to give me an estimate regarding some serious issues found and he gave me a number to call and the plumber was there within the hour. I was very impressed. I felt confident in his work, knowledge, and advice he provided. Thank you, Shawn!
