  Mickey and his crew at Elias Construction was a great company to work with. From the first meeting with Bill, who was completely amazing and made our vision a reality! He was prepared and knew exactly what he was working with from the moment he walked in the door, we were so impressed that we chose to go with Elias instantly. They went above and beyond!! They were personable, kind, and extremely professional! I can’t emphasize enough that they are truly the best company to work with! Mickey, Anton and Nate who were also all amazing had open communication with us the whole time and Mickey’s attention to detail is right on, from the moment we met him to our final walkthrough. Jessica for going through all the fine details of the design, you were awesome! Our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room is exquisite and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. The entire team with Elias and subcontractors was such an amazing crew we couldn’t possibly thank you enough for all the beautiful work you all put into it. I can’t wait for our “phase 2” project of our upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and our basement bathroom! You guys are THE BEST!!

  It's a bit daunting to try to pick a general contractor for a large project such as finishing a basement. We hired Elias based on meeting them at a home show and talking to some of their current customers as they walked away from the Elias booth - getting their inside scoop (sneaky, yes, but luckily for Elias, it was all good). I am glad we did because they took all of the burden on to ensure that we had a well planned project. Elias did a great job of managing all of the individual components and scheduling subcontractors to ensure a streamlined schedule for project completion. They provided continuous communication and navigated pandemic-related delays in a professional and diligent manner. Their flexibility and willingness to work with us on impromptu decisions and changes to the plans was key in getting our space how we wanted it. While they may not be the least expensive option, you are paying for the quality work, communication, and peace of mind that you won't have to deal with all of day to day issues that arise in these types of projects. Not once did they tell me something couldn't be fixed or look at me like I had lost my mind when I would completely change my decision on something. That is unparalleled customer service. I would definitely use Elias again for other projects and recommend them to friends and family. Special shout out to Anton for putting up with me through the whole project.

  Elias was absolutely outstanding during the remodeling of our 2.5 bathrooms. Jessica is so much fun to work with in picking out design elements. Anton and Mickey were in frequent communication letting us know daily what to expect for subcontractors and work to be accomplished. They were on time and on budget and the finished product exceeded our expectations!!
