  The Element Smart Roofing team (Damon, Jose, Adam and team) were all a pleasure to work with. Professional, kind, trustworthy, and we got a great green roof as a result. We worked with them for a relatively small project that some other companies wouldn’t take seriously but Damon was super responsive and helpful on guiding us through the process for installing a green roof so we could design for it. Super happy we found them and we’re really happy with the experience and the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

  When heavy snow and ice caused 5 panels to slide off my steep metal roof I called Damon and he was here the next morning. No other roofing company was interested in responding so fast. It took a few days to secure replacement panels and as soon as they had them they started the repair the very next day. Damon understood the urgency of the situation, i.e. more rain or snow, water damage, and the very real risk of bad weather delaying the repair. His workers, Jose and Mauricio, were very nice and work very hard and very safely. As with many repairs, there are surprises. Jose found that the black vent pipe at the top was broken underneath the ridge and he went right ahead and repaired it (without any cost increase). I had a small amount of water inside where 2 of the 5 panels were almost completely ripped off, and Damon loaned me a heavy duty floor fan to help dry things out. These small things mean a lot, and show how Elemental Smart Roofing takes excellent care of their customers. These guys do excellent work for a fair price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

  I had put my client in contact with Element Smart Roofing, for an additional roof inspection for his home he was purchasing, but we only had a few days. They got back to him ASAP and scheduled an appointment right away! Damon was extremely thorough, courteous and professional! To top it off we had the estimate back that night! Cannot thank you enough! Definitely recommend to all! I have since seen pictures of the new roof and it looks amazing! I also know my client is extremely happy with the process and outcome!
