  Rude staff. They actually closed 20 minutes early yesterday and had the door locked. We used to get our own stuff all the time because it takes them so long. They constantly mess up orders. Way over priced. Builders First Source is way nicer. Wimsatt out of Traverse city gives us free shirts and sweaters. Jessi is there local salesman. Preston Feather is nicer too. They deliver faster than Eikenhoute. Cheaper, and they aren't rude as heck for no reason at all. 15 years of roofing and 10 years of dealing with these jerks. The whole point of an independent business is customer service. I seriously go anywhere else first.

  They hustled and followed through with amazing speed on a $20 dollar sale! The product needed to come up from downstate, and not only was I called to say they did have it available and would get it on a truck, but it arrived promptly and I was notified of its arrival equally as promptly. Absolutely top-notch customer service. Very rare these days.

  First off we ordered Flintastic roofing material from this company. It failed twice and the manager Fred never came over to inspect the work to see why his product was failing. When I called to ask why he wasn’t backing up his product he hung up on me. Is this the way you conduct your business? I would Never recommend Anyone buying from this company!!
