  If I could leave no stars I would. Installed gutters 1 year ago. No "drip line" so water goes between roof and gutter, resulting now, with rotted wood and roof work needed. Water also pours over the top, all beating down at my foundation! I called months ago and all I got was yelled at. The old gutters at least 30 years old worked far better! At least they only leaked at seams! After your reply....I told you when I called I had the "roof" issue fixed, it did not fix the problem! When all you did was yell at me, great way to treat a customer! Now because of no drip line on back porch gutter, water has rotted the wood and CAUSING roof damage! Last picture shows a year ago, now there is a hole right there! I never refused service, I refused to be yelled at!

  Hello, I'm sorry you weren't happy with our work. As l told you at the time of service: Part of the problem was the roof, we don't do roofs but will be glad to refer you to someone. We also told you that we would be glad to check out your problem to see if there was anything else we could do for you, but you refused service. Again, although the 12 month warranty is up, please let us know if we can help.
