  We needed the roof inspected of a rental property my partner and I purchased recently. We picked Eco Smart after seeing they're women-owned, which is awesome. They were great to work with. Very friendly, professional and punctual. Everything was explained to us as they went through the inspection, which is good because I didn't really know what I was supposed to be looking for. They went through pricing which, after doing my research, was definitely fair. While we haven't gone forward with starting the work yet, we will 100% use Eco Smart when we do.

  I really want to say this is a best roofing company! Me and my husband have a house there and the roof was pretty old and needed to replace. For the first time i felt i was dealing with professional people, they answered all my questions & were very detailed. The price was affordable and work was done very professionally! I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends and family! Also soon going to do a new project on my new house. Thank you guys!

  My neighbor's used Eco smart Builder & Roofer and they spoke very high about them. These guys are very professional and punctual. They are very well informed on what they do and they will also explain you very clearly and nicely about what needs to be done and how they will do it. Their prices are also reasonable. After seeing their work and hearing such good things about them now i will get my work done through them.
