  My next door neighbor used this service. I am sure they were very happy but would have been mortified if they had know how their power washing affected my house. The gentleman who did the power washing (whom I later found out when he told me so was the owner) took no care not to cause problems for my property. He did the power washing despite extremely high winds. All of the solution ended up on my windows, both on the back and side of the house and on all of my plants I am growing on my deck. He ruined the plants. We tried to call up to him, but it was hard to converse with the noise of the power washing and the wind. But he assured us there would be no damage. In the meantime, both my husband and I had to go out and clean our windows before our own company came. I am attaching a picture of my ruined lettuces. When I called to complain (not knowing that it was the owner himself who had been doing the work), I was told they would refer it to the manager. Finally after my second call, he called me back. When I said the problems he had caused me, by not waiting to do the neighbors house until mine would not be affected, he told me he couldn't stop his business because of high wind and I should sell my house and buy one on a larger piece of property. (I have had a house on this piece of property for over 38 years, and never once had to clean my windows because of something my neighbor did). I would just suggest that if you have a choice, pick someone with a better sense of right and wrong. Any responsible business person would not have treated me or my property this way, or would at least have tried to make it right. No such luck with this guy. I plan to bad mouth him on the neighborhood blog also.

  We provided a service next door to Mrs. Schneiderman. I tried to explain that we were only rinsing pollen off the decks and using water. Once she found out I was on the job site as the owner. The conversation went South very fast. Mrs. Schneiderman told me how irresponsible I was for pressure washing a house next door to her on a windy day. I explained to Mrs. Schneiderman we have cleaned houses at North Beach for over 20 years and its never a calm day there. The houses are in very close proximity to each other. I explained to her, I could not shut my business down and wait for a completely calm day with no wind at all. I would never work at North beach, if I waited for that time. Mrs. Schneiderman would not allow me to explain, she cut me off and laid so many F bombs on me, it still makes me cringe thinking about it. I explained to her if she didn't calm down and speak in a respectful manner, the way I was treating her I wasn't going to listen anymore. She continued with the F bombs and told me how she would ruin my company with bad reviews and spreading as much bad word as she could within the community and hung the phone up. I still never figured out what she wanted from my company because she never calmed down enough to stop using the inexcusable profanity. As you can see from the plants she posted there was no damage. She lives on the Ocean with salt water and ocean spray on her house and windows everyday. There is a lot of maintenance involved with having a house on the ocean. I think she thought if she called screaming and hollering profanities and threatening me with bad reviews she would get her house and windows cleaned for free.
