  Do NOT do business with this plant! One of my employees was sent there with a sample tile(orange in color) and never once did anyone there assist him despite him having the sample in his hand. Although the employee did his best selecting a color off of their wall we received a pallet of brown tiles. When we addressed the issue with RWC who sold it to us they said "the Eagle rep refuses to give you guys a credit " but you can buy the right color. Well "Eagle rep" hope the couple of hundred dollars you are pocketing is worth it!

  First time here. Very kindly and friendly customer service. All staff here are nice. Feel warm from them. What a wonderful day!
