  I recently met David to inspect a house my husband and I intend to fix up. I thoroughly enjoyed my meeting with David. He looked under the house a few times walked through and gave me a lot of insightful information. David seems like a truly honest human, and that is not always easy to find. David was really thinking and offered a lot of valuable information! I would definitely recommend David to anyone in need of a housing inspection. He certainly know his stuff and is an honest guy!   I have used David Garton twice now for a Home Inspection. In this day it is really hard to find people you can really trust, epecially when it comes to a big decision like buying a house. This man is very trustworthy and he goes above and beyond to make sure he gives you every piece of information you need to make the best decision possible about the home you are looking at.
