  Worked with Eads after wind and storm damage to our siding and roof. They did an awful job on the siding and made it worse than it was originally. It took forever for them to consistently respond to us in order for it to get fixed correctly. It took almost 2 years for everything to get completed correctly. Horrible communication, poor work, and a very very frustrating 2 years. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

  Hi Christie, we are very saddened by this review and take it very seriously. Much of the delay was caused by the insurance company and material shortages. We try to make sure all of our customers are happy upon completion. We will learn from this and get better. Thank you.

  Working with Eads Roofing was a wonderful experience. They did a great job on our roof, they were done in 1 day and didn't leave one speck of debris behind. Corey, the project manager, was outstanding to work with. He was easy to get in touch with while dealing with insurance or any other questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated that he came back to house after the crews were done to inspect and to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

  Seen via ring doorbell, two salesman placing their business card on my front porch and driving my dogs crazy. I have multiple"NO SOLICITING" on my house and yard. If EADS "Listens Better" per their card and website, they must have forgotten how to read.
