  On October 15, 2019, EM Roofing replaced 3 roof turbines. The installation went well and was pleased with the work they did. According to the warranty the labor was warranted for 6months. However, recently one of the new turbines began making a very loud noise. So I called the owner, Eliseo Martinez, to report the issue. In fact, I called him 3 times and texted him once and to date I have not heard one word from him. I am not sure what the problem is but I would be very cautious before having EM Roofing doing any work for you. If I ever hear back from the owner and the issue is fixed I will be more than willing to increase my rating because, like I said in the beginning, I was more than pleased with the work they did. However, their warranty guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on and is the driving force behind this review. An Update _ The issue was fixed after I realized that the number I was trying to call needed to have a 1 before the area code. Mr Martinez quiickly came back to the house and fixed the problem.
