  We hired Shirley Roofing to come out and replace a new roof put on by another local contracting company which leaked like a sieve. Shirley Roofing tore off the old/new roof and replaced it using the proper roofing material. When Shirley Roofing finished, the roof no longer leaked. They gave us a bid and stuck to it. They answered our questions honestly and openly and did not hesitate in the least when we asked for a material and contractor lien waiver which they provided. We would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and capable roofing company.

  I own a 400k executive home. And these guys came out replaced my whole roof in 2 days. Looks FANTASTIC!!! GREAT and KIND PEOPLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND U NEED A ROOF REPLACED TO CALL SHIRLEY & SONS. FANTASTIC BUISNESS FANTASTIC PEOPLE FANTASTIC EXPERTISE!!! THANKS AGAIN SHIRLEY & SON'S

  Horrible! Run before getting involved! Chuck, one of the Sons, was talking to one of my nieghbors in TallGrass East and I was saying hello, he offered his services. As he was helping my neighbor, I thought why not. He requested that when my insurance comes out to let them know so they can come over and look it over together. I thought great, I let them know when the agent was coming, and they totally dropped the ball and didn’t show. I called, and they tried to get a man out but he showed up as the insurance guy was leaving. I showed the estimates and they were dissapointed. It was the last informative communication I had with the company. They said they were going to send some things in and the insurance guy may come out and relook things over, as I was entitled to more. A few weeks went by and no word. Called and left a message with the receptionist. Nothing. Did it again a week or two later. Nothing. Had also texted Chuck as I had his number. Nothing. We called at least 5 more times and nothing. Finally Chuck called back and said he would have word within a few days. Two weeks go by. I called him on his direct line and he said he would have word when he gets back to his office that day. I haven’t heard word of Chuck or anyone from Shirley and Sons. And it’s been months now since we started and we are idiots for finally moving on to another company, when any right minded person would have done so sooner. My neighbor has also ceased dealing with them as well. Maybe they bit off more than they can chew. Maybe a $250,000 house is beneath them. Maybe they are a bunch of chumps sliding by for the last 50 years. Maybe I just happened to be the most overlooked person in their system. But I haven’t dealt with this ridiculous of customer service in forever. I’ll never know the quality of their work. But I do have a voice. I lend that voice to you, as you can make an informed decision. But I feel like an idiot. And I think if you want to feel like an idiot as well, pick this group.
